Bespoke items can be manufactured but are subject to a minimum order quantity and lead time. Bespoke items can also be printed at point of manufacture but again subject to a minimum quantity and stereo stencils. If a low volume order is required, an alternative to printing is bespoke labels.

- Single-wall box has one layer of corrugated board.
- 125 KTB packaging is suitable for moderately weighted items. K stands for kraft paper. 125 indicates the weight of the paper in GSM (grams per square meter). T stands for test liner type of paper made from recycled material used for the inner layer. B stands for B-flute. A corrugated medium that provides cushioning and compression resistance.
- Size specification: The first measurement gives the width of the single-wall carton box. The second measurement gives the length the carton box. The third measurement gives the height/depth the carton box.
Double-wall cardboard boxes
- These cardboard boxes are made from a heavier material than single flutes and much stronger.
- Cardboard boxes are ideal for the packing of product for carrier dispatch.
- Cardboard boxes can accommodate bulky or heavier goods.
